Welcome to the SpamTools Email Sender guide! This article will walk you through setting up and using the tool effectively for high-deliverability email campaigns.
Click the "Connect" button – You’ll see a prompt to enter SMTP credentials.
Enter SMTP Details
Host (e.g., smtp.example.com)
Port (e.g., 465 for SSL, 587 for TLS)
Username (your SMTP login email)
Password (your SMTP password)
SSL/TLS (enable based on your provider’s settings)
Test the SMTP
Click "TEST" to verify if the credentials work.
If successful, click "Add" to connect.
After entering SMTP details, click the "+" button to add it to the Multiple SMTPs list.
Confirm added SMTPs by clicking the "Multiple SMTP" tab.
Repeat the process for additional SMTPs by going back to "Single SMTP" and adding more.
Save SMTPs:
Go to "Multiple SMTPs" tab.
Click "Save" to export SMTPs as a backup file.
Import SMTPs Later:
Click "Import" in the Multiple SMTPs tab.
Select your saved file to load all SMTPs.
Auto-Rotation Feature:
Once connected, SMTPs rotate automatically per email, reducing block risks.
Manually Enter Emails:
Type emails in the "To Emails" field (separate with commas).
Bulk Import Emails:
Click "Import" and upload a .txt file with one email per line.
From Name – Enter a sender name (e.g., "Support Team").
Subject – Write an engaging subject line.
Email Body – Use HTML or Plain Text.
Dynamic Placeholders:
[@email] → Full recipient email (e.g., [email protected])
[@domain] → Domain part (e.g., example.com)
[@user] → Username part (e.g., user)
Click "Attach" to add files (PDFs, images, etc.).
Click "Send" to start the campaign.
The tool will auto-rotate SMTPs and apply delays (if set).
✔ Use Valid SMTPs – Avoid shared/public SMTPs to prevent blocks.
✔ Warm Up SMTPs – Start with low volume and gradually increase.
✔ Avoid Spam Triggers – Use the Spam Checker before sending.
✔ Use Personalization – Leverage [@user], [@email] for better engagement.
✔ Set Sending Delays – Mimic human behavior (e.g., 10-30 sec delay per email).
Double-check host, port, SSL settings.
Test credentials in another email client (e.g., Thunderbird).
Reduce spammy words (e.g., "Free," "Urgent").
Use different "From" names and rotate subjects.
Increase delays between emails.
Add more SMTPs for better rotation.
